The Local Organizing Committee has reserved a limited number of rooms in the hotel "Boutique Hotel Guyot" 4*.
To book a room at the hotel, you should fill out a hotel reservation form and a request for visa support to send it to the Organizing Committee to reservation@torus-press.ru, indicating the date of arrival and the room type. Reservations should be made before July 15, 2018. Confirmation of the booking from the Organizers will guarantee your accommodation.
After that, the Organizing Committee will send you the invoice. The payment should be made before September 1, 2018.
