To book a room at the hotel, you should fill out a form and a request for visa support to send it to the Organizing Committee by e-mail reservation@torus-press.ru, indicating the date of arrival and the room type. Confirmation of the booking from the Organizers will guarantee your accommodation. After that, the Organizing Committee will send you the invoice and provide you with the link for credit-card payment via Internet.
The Local Organizing Committee has reserved a limited number of rooms in the hotel "Boutique Hotel Guyot" *4 (the hotel is a 5-minute walk to the venue of the colloquium) at special prices. Reservations should be made before April 30, 2016, and the payment before June 1, 2016.
